Joint Food Collection Project with Lions Club of Kuching Kota Sentosa
On 5th July 2009, our club and Lions Club of Kuching Kota Sentosa has successfully jointly organized food collection project at Kenyalang Market, Petanak Market, and Stutong Market.
Our sponsoring leo clubs (Leo Club of SMK Bandar Kuching No.1, Leo Club of SMK DPHA Gapor Stampin, Leo Club of SMK Sungai Tapang) and others leo clubs namely, Leo Club of SMK Arang, Leo Club of Sungai Maong and Leo Club of Swinburne University were also actively participated in this meaningful activity.
We were divided into three groups which each group in charge to do food collection at one of the market. All the food and goods that sponsored by public are fully donated to Lions Nursing Home and some poor family.
15th Annual General Meeting Lions Club of Stampin-Pending Kuching
Lions Club of Stampin-Pending Kuching has successfully held 15th Annual General Meeting at the Banquet, VIP room on 1st July 2009
With our club’s members support, patience and understanding, our club has successfully carried out many meaningful activities and achieved various goals set by our District Governor throughout the fiscal year 2008-2009. All the ups and downs that we’ve been gone through together will be a fruitful memories in our mind forever and ever.

Kuching Autistic Association 6th Charity Food Fair
Date: 28th June 2009
Time: 7:45am-11:00am
Venue: Civic Centre, Kuching
Time files, Lions Club of Stampin-Pending Kuching has once again participated in a meaningful food fair project which is organized by Sarawak Children Autistic Centre at Civic Centre. Sarawak Children Autistic Centre is set up to help those parents whose children have autism which the brain disorder that begins in early childhood and affects three crucial areas of development: communication, social interaction and creative or imaginative play.
With the sponsorship from Mui Hong Sdn. Bhd. who sponsored Nyonya Chilli Sauce, Nyonya Ketchup, Nyonya Curry Rendang & Rempah, and Fresh Roti Bakery who sponsored us fresh and delicious cakes, we have managed to raise RM928 to Sarawak Children Autistic Centre.
16 Leos from our sponsoring Leo Clubs, Leo Club of SMK Bandar Kuching No.1, and 4 Leos from Leo Club of SMK Sungai Tapang were also actively participated in this food fair by helping us to sell the sponsored goods to the public.

Please take note:
- Kg Rundum is situated about 4 hours journey by 4x4 vehicles from Tenom town.
- Kg Sumambu is situated half way between Tenom and Rundum. Each village has a population of 200-300.
- 12 University students from Taiwan will be joining us.
- All Lions Clubs are welcome to participate and are required to arrange their own transport from KK to Tenom and from Tenom to the Kampung. The 2 villages are only accessible by 4WD vehicles. Members from Tenom & Keningau 4x4 Clubs will provide us the technical support.
- The participating fee is RM 200 per club. However, clubs are also welcomed to contribute in kinds. Any suggestion and feedback on the services to be provided are welcomed.
- We will put up a night at the school or the Balai at Kg Rundum. Kg Rundum is at the plateau and the weather is rather cooling and at time can be cold. So please get ready your thick clothing/jackets; Sleeping bags and your personal needs
